Tortillas

Panifico Bake Shop is also proud to offer Old San Antonio Molino flour tortillas!

Old San Antonio Molino began back in 1973 by the Manzanares family. The Molino was a long-standing business in the community, run and operated entirely by Gregoria Manzanares and her family. The Molino sold some of the best made-from-scratch corn and flour tortillas as well as menudo, barbacoa, and masa. But it was their flour tortillas for which this small business became famous for, their tortillas reaching to customers beyond Texas who were hungry for that taste they remembered from back home. The Manzanares family recipe has gone unchanged in the last 32 years, producing flour tortillas that have become a San Antonio tradition enjoyed by many generations.

With their fluffy texture and buttery taste, Old San Antonio Molino tortillas are a great accompaniment to your favorite Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes, Texas barbeque, or any other dish you enjoy.
